Transaction on "Hold"

Sometimes the transaction requires that customer information can be sent to the beneficiary AIS card.

In such cases verification our agents will call to check the rest of the transfer.

In our system you will see your transaction with a status of "Hold" or "Wait". This means: additional verification is required, in some cases, the customer will be contacted by a representative of our company
